Terms of Service

Make sure you read this stuff as it's important and binding when you make a purchase from my site.

 

Logo Orders

1. Description of Service: GarySimon.net is a personal site in which I offer logo design to the public. When you order a logo, it is expected that you fill out the logo information form immediately after signing up. If you do not complete this process, I cannot start on the logo. Additionally, when I provide the primary draft of the logo, it is expected that you respond in a timely manner to either accept the logo or request an additional revision. If an additional revision is requested, I will provide the revised logo and the project will be considered complete. If you are not satisfied after the revision, most of the time I will make another revision as long as it isn't major. A secondary revision would include changing colors, position, etc...

2. Refunds: If you order a logo and request a refund before I have provided the primary logo, I will offer a full refund excluding paypal processing fees (less than $1.00). If you request a refund after I have provided the primary logo, I will offer a refund less a $45 service and processing fee. You cannot request a refund after I have provided both the primary logo and the revision. Should you receive a refund, you acknowledge you have no rights to use any logos I design.


Tutorial Orders

1. Description of Service: I offer various video tutorials from which you can purchase access to. Upon payment, you receive instant access to these videos. You can stream and download these videos in multiple formats. I also offer support and general guidance for paying customers in the community forum.

2. Refunds: You can request a refund within 3 days of purchasing any of my tutorials. You will receive a refund less a $3.00 fee to cover the fees of bandwidth and processing. Should you receive a refund, you are expected to delete / remove any of my videos off your hard drive or any other data storage device.

3. Restrictions: You may not share or upload any of the video tutorials you purchase. I work hard on providing quality tutorials and they're only meant to be viewed by paying customers.
