Hello, this is Gary Simon and the purpose of this page is to inform potential logo design customers about client relations at GarySimon.net. I have personally dealt with 1090 clients (real-time count) and I felt it necessary to address some common issues and concerns I've come across during the past 2 years.

Below are common questions and concerns I receive via email from potential customers:


How do I communicate with you?

Simple, I built a custom backend where you're able to first specify the details of your logo in a detailed form, and then you can use a comment system to communicate with me. I have used this system for 2 years very successfully.

What if I don't like my logo?
You have 2 options. (1) Work with me by requesting a revision and specifying what you liked/didn't like, (2) Requesting a refund. But by requesting a refund, you forfeit your right to use the logo in any way, shape or form. Also note that if you request a revision after revisions have been completed, there will be a non-refundable $45.00 service fee.

What if I feel you did not design what I requested and want a new concept?
In most cases if a design client absolutely dislikes the primary concept I design, I will design a new one. But in order to avoid this from happening, it's encouraged that you provide me with as much detail about the logo you want designed.

Do I own the logo?
Yes! You fully own your logo and are 100% free to do with it as you wish. You do not own the logo however if you request a refund.

Will I be able to use my logo in print? (Flyers, Billboards, Coffee Mugs, etc..)
Yes! I provide all logos in a 100% vector format. This is the preferred format that print shops request.

I read that you have a few unhappy clients?
As mentioned above, I have dealt with 1090 clients. While I strive to satisfy everyone, there are certain instances in which it's not possible due to different reasons. Fortunately for every 100 clients, I'm able to satisfy 97 of them. It's that unfortunate 3% that I have to refund, and a smaller percentage have decided to post on "rip off" sites urging others not to order from me. Please do not let this detur you from becoming a customer. The worst case scenario is that there is a 3% chance you won't be satisfied, in which case you will receive a refund. My satisfaction rate is so high because I always prefer to continue to work with a client to come to an end result that they're satisfied with. Read my 100+ testimonials from satisfied clients.
